We have loan machines available for rare occasions when this is not the case.
We will attempt to rectify technical issues within four hours of the problem being reported. If not resolved, the engineer will make an appointment, usually within the next 48 hours. Our engineers carry an extensive set of spare parts which is why the vast majority of repairs are fixed the first time and on-site.
